Classic Aperol Spritz
Ingredients
- 90 ml prosecco, chilled
- 60 ml Aperol
- 30 ml soda water
- 1 orange slice
- Plenty of ice
Instructions
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the prosecco first, then the Aperol.
- Top with soda water and stir gently once.
- Garnish with an orange slice and serve.
Notes
Prosecco first over the ice keeps the drink fizzier than stirring everything together.
