What to include
- A recipe question: the recipe name and the step you are on — oven temperatures and pan sizes are the two things we ask about most.
- A correction: the page or recipe, and what looks wrong to you. If a step did not work as written, tell us what happened; that is the most useful message we get.
- A recipe request: the dish, and anything you already know about how it should turn out.
- Press or partnerships: a short note about who you are and what you need, with a deadline if there is one.
We answer every message, usually within two business days. We cannot offer personal medical or dietary advice — for anything involving allergies or a health condition, please speak to a qualified professional.
