About Us

RecipoHub is a recipe hub for curious home cooks. We publish original recipes across six collections — Guides, Savory Recipes, Sweet Recipes, Healthy Recipes, World Cuisine, and Drinks & Cocktails — and every one of them is cooked in a home kitchen before it goes live.

Our mission

Cooking should feel approachable. Too many recipes assume a professional kitchen, an expensive pantry, or a level of confidence you have not been given a reason to feel yet. We write the way we cook: step by step, with measured times, realistic servings, and honest notes about the parts that can go wrong. If a step needs a technique, we explain it. If an ingredient is hard to find, we suggest a substitute. Our goal is simple — that you finish cooking something you are proud of, and that you want to cook it again.

How our recipes are developed and tested

Recipes start in our own kitchens, from the food we actually eat: weeknight dinners, weekend baking projects, family dishes we grew up with, and classics we wanted to understand properly. Before publication, every recipe is cooked at least twice — once to work out the method, and again to confirm it. During testing we weigh ingredients, time each stage, and note the serving size the result really feeds, not the one we wish it fed.

We also keep track of what readers tell us. When someone writes in with a question — a batter that behaved differently, an oven that runs hot, a swap that worked — we test the recipe again and update the notes, so the version you cook is the version that has been checked most recently. Traditional dishes from other cuisines are credited to the traditions they come from, and we say plainly when a recipe is our own adaptation rather than the original.

What you will find here

Alongside the recipes, our Guides cover the practical side of cooking: knife skills, pantry staples, meal prep, and how to read a recipe properly. Browse by collection, search for an ingredient, save the recipes you want to cook later, and leave a comment or a rating to tell us how it turned out.

However long you have been cooking, there is something here for tonight’s dinner. Pick a recipe, and let us know how it went — we read every message that arrives through our contact page.
